When you squat, do you suffer from knee pain, knee instability or unable to produce more force?
The bodyweight squat is a great exercise to diagnose movement problems. The left picture shows the collapsing knees phenomenon called knee valgus which commonly occurs during squats and also some other exercises involving knee flexion.
